Contact support
Email alec@fazware.net. Include your account email, device type, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or connected-app authorization code.
Account and privacy
Update your profile and security settings in Account. Complete account deletion is available under Delete account. Read our Privacy Policy.
Strava and Garmin
Connect, sync, or disconnect services from Account → App Links. If a sync fails, confirm the connected service is available and retry before contacting support.
Locker Room safety
Use Safety on any post or comment to report content or block its author. Reports are reviewed by TrainFuzion administrators. For an urgent safety or privacy concern, email us directly.
Health and emergencies
TrainFuzion is a training tool, not medical advice or an emergency service. Stop exercising and contact a qualified professional if you have a health concern; call local emergency services for an emergency.
