Who we are

Information we collect

• Account and profile details, including name, email, date of birth, height, weight, preferences, and profile photo.
• Training and health-related data you enter or import, such as workouts, sets, activity type, time, distance, pace, heart rate, routes, notes, and goals.
• Connected-app information from services you authorize, including Strava and Garmin account identifiers, activities, authorization tokens, and sync status.
• Locker Room content and interactions, including posts, comments, fistbumps, friendships, blocks, and safety reports.
• Device and technical information needed for login, security, notifications, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and app reliability.
• Files and images you choose to upload.

How we use information

We use information to operate and personalize TrainFuzion, display training history, support coaching features, sync authorized services, deliver notifications, provide customer support, moderate community content, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that operate the app, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Cloudflare for hosting and security, notification and email providers, and connected services such as Strava and Garmin when you choose to connect them. Coaches and friends see only information made available through the app's access and social features. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.

Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect connected apps, change notification and coaching access, remove Locker Room content, block users, and update profile information in the app. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Account settings → Delete account. You may also contact us for access, correction, or privacy questions.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes account-linked data from active systems, except limited records we must retain for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and international processing

Users must be 13 or older. TrainFuzion uses age assurance before app access: supported Apple devices request an age range through Apple's Declared Age Range API, and registration also requires date-of-birth confirmation. Confirmed users under 13 are blocked from the entire app, including all social and user-generated content. If eligibility cannot be established, access is withheld. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
